This site design project was completed under a subcontract with Creal, Hyde & Larsen        Architects.  The site was 7 acres in size with  6 student apartment houses to be built across it.  Each apartment house has 8, 4 bedroom    units for a total population of 192 students.   E&M's design work included surveying,         water mains, sanitary and storm sewers,          grading and parking lot plans.
