This 85,000 sf manufacturing facility is located in Arcade, NY on a large parcel that was partially in the 100 year flood plain.  E & M was the site design engineer for this design build project under L & M Construction Management, Inc.  Site construction plans included an extensive stormwater drainage and detention system, water main extension, sewer extension and sewage pump station.  The storm drainage system included first flush basins, open and closed drainage structures and 3 interconnected detention basins with over 5 million gallons holding capacity.
