            Liberty Park Apartments

The private development of Brookfield Condominiums and Liberty Park Apartments is located on 19 acres of land in the Town of Cheektowaga, NY.  E&M was responsible for all site development design services for the complex.  Brookfield (above left) consists of 56 single family dwellings contained within 8 buildings.  Liberty Park (below left) has 104 apartments in 13 buildings.

Because the 2 projects are contiguous, E&M designed the site infrastructure (sewer,water, storm drainage and stormwater detention) to be shared between the separate complexes.  This significantly reduced the capital construction costs.  Roadway design and landscape design along with construction stakeout were also provided.
