This project was a one-story warehouse of block construction with a gross area of 24,000 sf.   The site size is approximately 2.3 acres with 310 feet of frontage.  E & M   prepared site plans for the parking lot, grading, water and sewer lines for the developer, Allied Builders of Brockport, NY

Universal Wine & Liquor

Another project for Allied builders was Universal Wine & Liquor Company in the same industrial park in Cheektowaga.  Again E & M was responsible for site plans for the 70,400 sf warehouse/office building.  The lot was 6.5 acres in size. An on site detention pond stores a majority of the stormwater runoff from the entire site.  A backflow preventer was required on the water service to the building.

Westinghouse Office Complex

This office facility is located in West Valley, NY on 8.3 acres of land.   Our work was to prepare a site grading and drainage plan as well as a stormwater management plan.  During construction we monitored the erosion control measures and their effectiveness.
