Allegany State Park Bridge
This project replaced an old single span bridge on Highway 3 in the Park. The span is 50 feet and has precast concrete box beams and a reinforced concrete deck. Extensive stone work was designed to cover the abutments, wingwalls and fascia of the bridge to keep the bridge appearance in line with the nature of the State Park and to have it resemble its predecessor.
