Fogal Crossing Bridge
This new bridge is a single span prestressed concrete box beam structure with a reinforced concrete deck. The new bridge has a span of 56.5 ft and is approximately 22 ft wide between the reinforced concrete and steel rail barriers. It replaced a one lane, single span, steel pony truss structure with a timber deck. The design was completed using PennDOT standards and was completed under the direction of the PennDOT Engineering District 2-0 located in Clearfield, PA. It was finished in 2007 by R.L. Johnson Construction Corp at a cost of $529,480.23.
