This multi phase project was the construction of approximately 3.8 miles of trails in the two Townships. There was 1.4 miles of asphalt paved trail with the balance being crushed limestione. Seven bridges were necessary to span various creeks in the area all constructed with steel beams and timber decking. E & M provided all survey/mapping, design and construction inspection.

The project is located in the Towns of Allegany and Olean and the City of Olean.  This trail was partially funded by an ISTEA grant with the balance paid by 3 local governments and private donations.  The trail has a 10 foot wide asphalt surface and has a total length of 5.5 miles.  There are also 4 steel/timber bridges along it.  E & M provided all survey/mapping, design and construction inspection.
